There is more than a billion dollars being pumped into development but with development comes responsibility. There must be an <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">active</span> living effort to bring Savannah up to and even beyond "par".<br /><br />Crime and racism are <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">rampid</span>.
