People taking advantage!!

AHHHHH..... People are finally understanding that deals are everywhere! They are figuring out that just because a listing is currently on the market for a certain price that isn't neessecary what it will sell for! What the h*** took so long? People are still moving, getting jobs, getting married, having families etc. etc.

If you are currently in the market to buy then make a bid. BUY SOMETHING! The deals are right in front of you.

Realistic Real Estate

Savannah, is buzzing....the motor coaches are full...the trollys are full......the hotels are full......the restaurants have wait times......and the concrete trucks are continuous.....more hotels are being built.....more condos.....more everything.....

AND the real estate is now "realistic"

ConTracts are being written but the amount of inventory is still infinite!

What does all this mean? GET IN THE GAME IF YOU BEEN WAITING FOR A PIECE OF SAVANNAH!

Spring....hopefully will bring more than flowers!

The fact is that there is an abundance of real estate on the market here in Savannah but along with that fact is the fact that people are still moving to Savannah! Savannah has something to offer everyone.

If you are a buyer then you have never had the opportunity that exists today...
If you are a seller....you have better read all the books on staging and make sure that the price you are asking is realistic....don't ask your real estate agent how much your home is worth.....do some soul searching and figure out quite simply " how much $ do i want to walk with" ?

Real estate is still the best investment you can make....just do your research!

Savannah Give Thanks!

Its the Monday before Thanksgiving and the energy is very much alive in Downtown Savannah! As I write I sit in my new office along with Daufuskie Island Resort. People are in and out and everyone has a smile on their face... The weather is beautiful and tourism is alive....

Savannah has to remember that the biggest industry it has is tourism.....and with this remembrance Savannah needs to give "Thanks"

Thanks to the people that provide services tourism runs on......restaurants,hotels,trolley tours,B&B's,gift shops,cabs,bars,....

To all of the above we give thanks, thanks for making people feel special,that southern hospitality!!!

WE ALSO REMEMBER OUR FAMILIES WITH SOLDIERS THAT AFAR SO THAT WE HAVE a special day called "Thanksgiving"........

Savannah must get into the game!!!

The Mega Site,Savannah River Landing,The Reserve,Pooler,Effingham,Midway,- Savannah has a lot going for it. There is more than a billion dollars being pumped into development but with development comes responsibility. There must be an active living effort to bring Savannah up to and even beyond "par".

Crime and racism are rampid. Public education beyond a couple of schools is below average and the fact of sending ones child to private school is inevitable.......

People have to come together with an attitude that benefits everyone.

Tourism has done Savannah well and has helped build a sense of community much as SCAD has done.

Community must come first, with community comes family, with family comes education, with education comes jobs, with jobs comes respect, and with respect crime is lowered!

In the game of life, Savannah needs to get in and participate.....
